#1 London Eye
Get the best view of the city from a capsule on the London Eye! The wheel is fully wheelchair accessible, just book in advance as there is only entry permitted for two at a time in one capsule and any 8 wheelchairs/mobility scooters on the wheel at once. Mobility scooters are permitted on this attraction, however, the ramp is only 86cm wide. #2 ZSL London Zoo
The Zoological Society of London Zoo has many wheelchair accessible attractions. You can scoot through on your Brio 3 Auto and see the Tiger Territory exhibit which is wheelchair friendly and has a lift up to the viewing platform as well. The Aquarium and Land of the Lions attractions are also wheelchair friendly so you don't have to miss out on seeing all the animals you'd like to. There are also plenty of disability parking spots available. If you love animals, the ZSL London Zoo is a must-visit.
#3 Tower Bridge
You might be surprised to learn that the Tower Bridge is completely wheelchair accessible! The bridge and engine rooms are connected by a lift, so you can take your Companion portable wheelchair up the lift and see one of the most famous bridges in the city up close and personal. #4 Madame Tussauds London
Snap a selfie with some of the most famous celebrities and figures from around the world - all made of wax of course! The famous Madame Tussauds museum in London makes for a fun activity between visiting all the famous architecture of the city. Book in advance as only 3 wheelchairs are allowed at a time in each tour. There are also attendants at the museum to help you get between floors if needed. #5 The Shard
You'd be crazy to leave London without seeing The Shard - London's newest and most modern attraction. It stands at 310 metres tall at offers great views of the whole city, and best of all it has lifts throughout. There's a viewing deck on Level 69 and a Skydeck on Level 72. Registered carers are allowed free entry with visitors who have a disability, see more pricing here. The 95 story skyscraper is the tallest building in the United Kingdom, and in the European Union. The Ground level has a restaurant as part of the hotel, so you can have lunch or dinner when you visit The Shard as well!
