Out And About Healthcare are excited to introduce our new visual manuals. This new addition to our YouTube channel provides a 5-minute tutorial video to accompany the physical manual that comes with your new product. These tutorials are still currently in development, but we are excited to have launched our first batch of tutorials focusing on our travel-friendly portables from the Heartway Brio and KD Companion ranges. We will be releasing tutorial style videos to help you get started with your new product for ALL of our products (including our mobility scooter, electric wheelchairs, travel-friendly portables, lift recline chairs, and beds!) Our new visual manuals assist with a variety of FAQ-style questions and will ensure every customer will know how to start using their new product. We answer all your basic questions from unpacking the box, battery and charging information, to how to operate your machine and basic directional information. With every product, we provide a physical instruction manual, but these videos are a great asset for those where visual cues are easier to understand or for anyone wanting to inquire about the features of our products.
